Do I still qualify for de minimis if my shipments are under $800? What changes on May 2, and how do I know if my goods are affected?

Starting May 2, 2025, new regulations are expected to tighten how de minimis is applied, especially for certain categories of goods or countries of origin. This means that even if your shipment is under $800, some products may no longer be eligible for the exemption.
