Can I Manage Multiple Brands in One Pietra Account?

At Pietra, each account is designed to support one brand. This means that your Pietra subscription is tied to a single store or brand identity.


What You Can Do in One Account

  • Source products from multiple suppliers: You can discover, sample, and order from as many suppliers as you’d like.

  • Explore multiple product categories: From apparel to accessories, skincare to home goods, you can build out a wide range of products.

  • List unlimited products in your Pietra shop: Once you’re ready to sell, there’s no limit to how many items you can add under your single brand.


Where the Limitations Come In

Because each account is connected to one brand, there are a few restrictions to keep in mind:

  1. Shopify – You cannot connect multiple Shopify stores to a single Pietra account. You may sync one store per Pietra account.

  2. Brand Vault - Brand Vault allows you sync additional external data sources (Meta Ads and Google Analytics) to train your AI Copilot. You may sync a maximum of one of each account type to a one Pietra account.

  3. Fulfillment – If you’d like to fulfill orders for multiple brands through Pietra Fulfillment, you’ll need a separate account for each brand.


Need to Manage Multiple Brands?

If you want to launch or manage multiple brands, you’ll need to create additional Pietra accounts. At this time, the ratio is 1 Pietra subscription = 1 brand.
