Since you will be working directly with your manufacturer on a custom product, you will own all the rights to the designs. Pietra does not create any products and as a new business owner, you will have created something truly unique that's all yours!

For any additional patenting, copywriting, trademarking, necessary nondisclosure agreements etc., we recommend handling this independent of Pietra, as we do not currently offer legal services.
