Pietra Pulse makes it easy to track organic social media content for your brand and competitors. The Organic Content tab helps you analyze trending posts, customer sentiment, product feedback, and potential influencer partnerships—all in one place.

Step 1: Access the Organic Content Tab

Once you've set up Pulse by entering:

  • Your brand and competitor brands

  • Hashtags and industry topics

  • Reddit threads to monitor

Your social analysis agent will begin gathering real-time content insights. Navigate to the Organic Content tab to start reviewing the results.

Step 2: Explore Social Media Posts

  • The Organic Content dashboard displays top-performing social media posts for any brand you're tracking.

  • You can sort and filter content by brand to focus on your own posts or competitor activity.

  • Pietra Pulse summarizes key updates, including:

    • New content trends

    • Shipping or product issues

    • Positive customer feedback

Note: It may take some time for the dashboard to fully populate, but even with preview data, you can start identifying valuable insights.

Step 3: Review Customer Feedback & Issues

  • Pulse pulls social media comments and organizes them into common themes, such as:

    • Product feedback

    • Happy customer testimonials

    • Customer complaints or concerns

  • Click the dropdown next to a post to view individual comments.

  • If it's a post from your brand’s account, you can click to open and reply directly within the social media platform.

Step 4: Connect with Influencers & Creators

  • If you find an engaging post from a potential influencer, you can click "Partner with Creator."

  • Pietra Pulse will pre-populate a direct message (DM) on Instagram that you can use to reach out for collaborations.

Step 5: Stay Updated with Weekly Reports

  • Pietra Pulse generates a weekly newsletter summarizing:

    • Trending industry content

    • New social media discussions

    • Popular posts from your brand and competitors

  • Use this report to track emerging trends and adjust your marketing strategy accordingly.

Step 6: Customize Your Dashboard

  • The Organic Content dashboard is fully customizable—you can track posts based on:

    • Sentiment (positive/negative/neutral)

    • Types of customer questions or complaints

    • Specific product mentions or issues

  • To customize, click the "Customize Dashboard" link in the upper-right corner.

By leveraging Pietra Pulse’s Organic Content tracking, you can stay ahead of trends, engage with customers, and discover valuable brand partnerships—all in one place.
