Quick Start Guide: Signing Up for Pietra Pulse

Pietra Pulse helps you track industry trends, monitor competitors, identify influencers, and analyze social media conversations relevant to your brand. Follow these steps to set up Pulse and start gathering insights.

Step 1: Navigate to Pietra Pulse and Select Your Use Case

  1. Log in to your Creator Hub dashboard.

  2. Go to Marketing Tools or click on the Track Industry Data tile.

  3. Pulse will ask you how you plan to use Pulse.

  4. Select the best option for what Pulse can do for you:**

    1. Discover competitors & industry trends

    2. Monitor what your customers are saying

    3. Find new customer segments

    4. Find and hire influencers for your brand

*Note: Your sign up experience differs slightly based on the option you select

Step 2: Enter Your Brand Information*

  • If you have a brand website, enter it when prompted.

  • If you don’t have a website yet, this step is optional—just click Start Agent to continue.

Step 3: Add Instagram Handles

  • Enter your brand’s Instagram handle to track its social presence.

  • If your brand doesn’t have an Instagram account yet, you can enter the handle of a brand you look up to or want to monitor.

    • For example: If you sell sunglasses, you might enter @Oakley or @OliverPeoples to track their activity.

  • Pietra Pulse will recognize the brand and begin tracking its social media presence, including TikTok.

Step 4: Choose Hashtags & Topics to Monitor

  • Enter relevant hashtags or industry topics you want to track.

  • You can update these later, but it's best to start with a few to ensure relevant insights.

Step 5: Add Competitor Accounts

  • Enter the TikTok, Instagram, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) accounts of competitors you’d like to track.

  • You can add multiple competitor accounts for a comprehensive industry overview.

Step 6: Select Subreddits to Analyze

  • Pietra Pulse will suggest popular Reddit communities relevant to your industry.

  • You can remove suggestions or manually add subreddits that matter to your brand.

  • Example: If you sell sunglasses, you might add the r/sunglasses subreddit to track discussions.

Step 7: Start Social Analysis

  • Once you've completed the setup, Pietra Pulse will begin analyzing content from:

    • Your brand

    • Competitor brands

    • Industry trends across social media and Reddit

  • The social analysis agent will run for a few minutes and generate insights for you.

You're all set! Pietra Pulse will now provide valuable data to help you refine your marketing strategies, track industry conversations, and stay ahead of competitors.
