Purchasing order coverage allows you to order your samples with confidence. Pietra offers two assurance options to protect your purchase against potential losses if your items are damaged in production or transit, lost, or (with Sample Assurance) incorrectly produced.

These coverage options are available at checkout when paying your sample invoice.

How to Purchase Shipping or Sample Assurance

  1. Navigate to the Invoices section

    • In the Creator Hub, go to the Sourcing page.

    • Select Invoices and locate the invoice you’d like to pay.

    • Click Pay Now.

  2. Review your invoice details

    • Confirm that your product details are accurate.

    • Click Next to proceed to the Pay Invoice screen.

  3. Choose your Assurance option

    • After entering your shipping address, you’ll be presented with two coverage options:

      • Shipping Assurance

      • Sample Assurance

    • Select the option that best fits your needs (or waive coverage by deselecting both).

  4. Proceed with payment

    • Click Next to complete your payment.


Understanding Assurance Coverage

Shipping Assurance

  • Shipping Assurance protects your order if items are:

    • Damaged during production or transit

    • Lost in transit

    • Marked undeliverable

  • Shipping Assurance does NOT cover:

    • ❌ Quality issues

    • ❌ Sizing discrepancies

    • ❌ Other production-related issues

Sample Assurance

  • Includes everything in Shipping Assurance, plus:

    • ✅ Coverage for incorrectly produced samples

    • Priority support to quickly resolve issues

    • ✅ Assistance in identifying a new supplier if needed


How to Redeem Assurance Coverage

If you experience an issue with your samples and need to redeem your Assurance:

  1. Contact Creator Support via chat.

  2. Create a Supplier Ticket for assistance.

Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
