If you’ve received a discount code for your Pietra membership, you can apply it during checkout. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Account Settings
In the Creator Hub, click your name in the lower-left corner.
Select Unlock platform access.
Step 2: Choose Your Plan
You’ll be redirected to the subscription checkout page.
From here, you can choose between the Essentials or Business plan.
Both monthly and annual options are available, but discount codes are only valid on monthly plans.
Step 3: Apply Your Promo Code
Scroll down to find the +Add promo code field.
Enter your discount code.
If the code is valid, the discount will automatically apply to your order.
Step 4: Complete Checkout
Enter your payment information.
Confirm your selection and complete checkout.
Important Notes About Discount Codes
Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
Discounts cannot be applied to free trial memberships.
Discount codes may expire at any time.
Discounts are not applicable to annual plans.
