Pietra is updating our Rewards Points system as part of ongoing improvements to Pietra's service offering. As a result, rewards points can no longer be redeemed directly in the platform.
However, any rewards points you currently have will remain available for redemption through January 31, 2026. After this date, unused rewards will expire.
How to Redeem Your Rewards Points
If you would like to redeem any available points, please contact our Support Team at support@pietrastudio.com. Our team will review your account and apply your credit manually.
Can I Still See My Rewards Points?
No, but you can contact Pietra to request your Rewards Points balance and redeem points.
