Pietra offers members the ability to use the platform to manage communications, payments, and creative assets using Pietra's platform. We encourage brands to invite their suppliers to set up a profile on Pietra. Working with your existing suppliers is completely free and private just to your account.

Why should you connect your supplier?

Once you connect your supplier, and they are approved into Pietra's network, your factories will be able to invoice you and ship your products directly to Pietra's Fulfillment Center. This will save you time and effort when organizing shipments. Further, Pietra's operations team is based all around the world and will be able to coordinate directly with your factories and suppliers to ensure a smooth shipping process from factory floor to your customers doors.

Using Pietra to manage payments and communication with factories

Pietra gives your existing factories a portal to work with you more seamlessly. No matter where your suppliers are in the world, they are paid within 24 hours of each invoice payment. Pietra will do the hard work of converting to local currency and paying your supplier (even if they are in China!).

You can also use Pietra to tag different suppliers and manage your workflows. Remember, when you connect your supplier, you can also use Pietra for organizing shipping and freight at a steep member discount.
