Pietra gives members an organized view of factories and suppliers. Members can search for products and find factories that make them. By default, you will see a list of factories that you can filter by country, region, sampling price, production minimums, production pricing, and more. The goal is to build a global marketplace for you to communicate with, compare, and decide on the best supplier for your business.
Pietra also highlights past projects so you can get a sense of who they have worked with before. And remember, when it doubt, you can always contact the factory and ask them!
How do you use Pietra to source custom packaging for your brand?
Pietra has packaging suppliers and factories all around the world that are ready to work with you for all your packaging needs. For popular items, you can quickly order items like eco-friendly poly mailers, corrugated shipping boxes, and card stock packaging. Pietra makes it easy to select the quantity and start chatting with a supplier to finish the order.
If you'd like to browse the marketplace, you can also do so by browsing the different packaging factory profiles. If you find a factory that you like, you can reach out to them directly to purchase samples and create a production order for your brand! Remember, if you plan ahead, you can get significantly lower cost packaging options by ordering packaging from overseas and shipping it by boat.
Can you store custom packaging at Pietra's Warehouse?
If you plan to use Pietra's 3PL to package and ship orders to your customers, you can select the option to store your custom packaging at Pietra's warehouse. If you select that option, the items will be sent directly from the factory to the warehouse for you. You can always order the items back to your house or office once the items arrive and are stored at Pietra's fulfillment Center. It's very common that brands will bulk order custom packaging to get the best price, and store them at Pietra.
