We're so excited to hear that you're interested in connecting your existing sales channel to Pietra!

In order to connect your Shopify to Pietra for order fulfillment, your inventory will need to be in our warehouse for fulfillment. At this time, if you are setting up a made to order print-on-demand shop, you cannot connect your Shopify to Pietra. That said, absolutely feel free to utilize your shop on Pietra's Creator Marketplace to collect customer orders for your print-on-demand products.

If you do have inventory in our warehouse, Pietra seamlessly integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix. If you plan to sell on one or more of these platforms, you can "sync" these channels with Pietra, which will allow any orders placed to immediately enter our warehouse fulfillment queue as they are received.

If you plan to sell on another external platform, e.g. Etsy, Squarespace, etc., you can still use Pietra for your order fulfillment! To do so, you will export the orders from your provider then upload them into your Creator Hub using our template. We'll then work to fulfill these on priority. After that, you can export a file with tracking information to disseminate to your customers.
