Pietra is a full-service third-party logistics (3PL) provider. Our storage and fulfillment services integrate seamlessly with our supplier network. We will partner with your supplier on delivery, manage your inventory receiving our warehouse, and partner with you to set up your items for sale. Below are some things to consider if you're interested in using Pietra's fulfillment services.
Setting up Pietra for your distribution is straightforward. All you need to do is select "Ship to a Pietra Fulfillment Center" when paying your supplier invoice.
Your supplier will then coordinate shipping with our warehouse receiving team -- no action required by our creators on this if your supplier is part of the Pietra network.
After checkout, your order will be produced and shipped to Pietra. Consider this a holding window until your order is delivered and received by our warehouse receiving team
After your order is delivered and received, we will contact you for setup and linking your Shopify.
Pietra fulfillment is fully integrated with Shopify. You'll need a Shopify site in order to take advantage of this integration, which automatically processes customer orders placed in Shopify and adjusts inventory counts.
