Updated this week

Yes! Pietra can definitely accommodate pre-sales for any items you wish to sell before they arrive to our warehouse.

How to set up Pre-Sale items for Pietra Fulfillment on Shopify

We have a specific process for pre-sale setup. If you plan to sell your items on Shopify, please complete these steps:

  1. Create Your Pre-Sale Item

    • Create the pre-sale product listing in your Shopify store and set it as a Draft.

      • To manage the number of units available for pre-sale, you can:

        • Use Shopify's "Continue selling when out of stock" feature, or

        • Use a third-party app to set a pre-sale quantity cap.

  2. Create Your Products in Pietra

  3. Complete the Mapping Process

    • Once steps 1 and 2 are complete, book a time here to finalize the mapping process.

Additional information required to complete your Pre-Sale setup

To complete your setup and mapping process, please send the following information to creators@pietrastudio.com. This information must be provided before making any pre-sale item available for sale on Shopify or other any sales channels:

  • Item(s) that will be available for pre-order, and that the item(s) are set up in Shopify

  • Date of pre-sale

  • Requested quantity per SKU to set up as pre-sale*

  • Product weights

*We need the quantity that you would like us to set up and assign to stock. Alternatively, if you do not have a clear idea on quantities at this time, we can assign inventory to 0 units and you can enable the "continue selling when OOS" feature in Shopify.

Upon receiving all of this information, our team will make sure you are setup for success, so that your pre-sale and subsequent fulfillment run smoothly!
