Yes! We do have a specific process for pre-sales.
If a Creator would like to pre-sell an item that will eventually be delivered and fulfilled by Pietra, please notify Pietra via email at creators@pietrastudio.com. Please confirm the information below via email before making a pre-sale item available for sale on Shopify (or any sales channel):

Date of pre-sale
Requested quantity per SKU to set up as pre-sale*
Product weights
*We need the quantity that you would like us to set up and assign to stock. Alternatively, if you do not have a clear idea on quantities at this time, we can assign inventory to 0 units and you can enable the "continue selling when OOS" feature in Shopify.
Upon receiving all of this information, our team will make sure you are setup for success, so that your pre-sale and subsequent fulfillment run smoothly!
