Holiday Surcharge Pricing
Shipping carriers instate surcharges each year over the holidays to account for peak volume. Fortunately, the surcharges this year are minimal, and should only increase shipping costs slightly between the end of October and mid-January. Shipping reimbursement line items on your weekly invoices will reflect the carrier charges for the 2025-2025 Holiday season.

Please be advised that the following SLA extensions will be in effect between (Black Friday) November 29, 2024 and December 25, 2024. These SLA extensions apply to all Pietra Fulfillment account tiers

Our fulfillment centers will be fully operational with extended shifts on all other days.
Additional Peak Season Operations: For the month of November, the warehouse will be operational 6 days each week, with the addition of the following four Saturdays:
