Holiday Cutoffs:
To ensure that your customers receive their orders by December 25, please refer to the following carrier-published cutoff dates. Please be sure to take the extended order fulfillment SLAs into account when crafting your holiday FAQs for your customers.

Holiday Surcharge Pricing
Shipping carriers instate surcharges each year over the holidays to account for peak volume, usually beginning in October. To account for these carrier surcharges, we are increasing shipping costs slightly between the November 28, 2025 and January 17, 2026 — $0.70 per order. Shipping surcharge line items on your weekly invoices will reflect the carrier charges for the 2025-2026 Holiday season.
SLA and Turnaround Time Extensions
Please be advised that the following SLA extensions will be in effect between (Black Friday) November 28, 2025 and January 17, 2026. These SLA extensions apply to all Pietra Fulfillment account tiers.
The last day to guarantee receiving and go-live before BFCM is Friday, November 14.

Kitting and Assembly, New Product Setup, and Inventory Audits
Kitting and Assembly
The holiday season is always an exciting time for personalizing the customer experience, and our Kitting team’s services are available to leverage for assembly projects. As we get closer to the holiday rush, please note the below requirements for our Kitting team:
Kitting projects will be paused from November 28, 2025 - December 5, 2025, to resume on December 7, 2025.
If you would like to request kitting services for products to be ready for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales events, all required inventory for the project must be delivered to our warehouse no later than November 10, 2025.
Due to the high volume of requests during the Q4 rush, spots for kitting are limited, and projects are completed on a first come, first served basis. If a request is placed or inventory does not arrive prior to November 10, 2025, our team cannot guarantee that the kitting project will be completed prior to the holiday rush.
New Product Setup
If you’re planning to launch new SKUs prior to the holiday season, and plan to feature the new SKUs in your Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns, the inventory must be delivered to our warehouse no later than November 14th to ensure adequate time for receiving, setup, and sync prior to the events. If you have concerns about your inventory arriving in time for this deadline, please reach out to our team to discuss your options.
Inventory Audits
Our team will not complete inventory audits from November 25, 2025 - December 5, 2025.
Holiday and Peak Season Closures:
Pietra's fulfillment centers will be CLOSED on the following day(s):
Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 27, 2025
Christmas: Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Friday, December 26, 2025
New Year's Day: Thursday, January 1, 2026
Our fulfillment centers will be fully operational with extended shifts on all other days.
Additional Peak Season Operations: Pietra will operate an additional Saturday shift on the Saturday following Black Friday: Saturday, November 29, 2025
