You should use the chat to collect all project details for the sample or production run. Once a price has been agreed upon, use the “Create Invoice” button at the top of the chat to charge the Creator for the cost of goods and shipping. You may add as many line items to this invoice as needed. Shipping costs should also be added to the invoice.
