If I cancel my membership, do I still have access until the end of my billing cycle?

Yes — if you cancel your paid membership, you’ll continue to have full access to all of your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

After your billing cycle ends and your subscription is no longer active:

  • You’ll still have a free Pietra account and access to our free tools, like Print on Demand.

  • You will not be able to communicate with suppliers, access fulfillment services, or use our marketing tools.

  • All of your supplier chats will be saved in your account. If you restart your membership, your previous chat history will still be available.

Tip: If you’re thinking of returning in the future, you can restart your membership anytime.
