If you would like to cancel your subscription you can do so by clicking the menu beside your avatar in the top right section of the Creator Hub. In the menu, you will see an option labeled "Change My Plan" where you can decide to cancel or pause your plan.

Pietra strongly recommends you pause your plan before cancelling. As a new business owner, it's important to keep the momentum when starting a business. Also, it allows existing factories you're working with to finish your projects before you lose access to the platform.

Pietra also recommends that you attend a workshop before cancelling your plan. This gives you 1:1 access with a specialist who may be able to help you and your business get off the ground.
