What are Pietra’s receiving guidelines?

Pietra, like all 3PLs, has shipping guidelines (called "Receiving Guidelines"), which help ensure our team can properly receive all of your items into our fulfillment center. Receiving guidelines must be followed for shipments from Off-Platform Supplier (Non-Pietra platform supplier) and an On-Platform Suppliers(Pietra Platform Supplier) alike. If you are shipping items to Pietra's Fulfillment Center, follow our complete guide here.

Non-Compliance Shipments

Shipments that do not follow Pietra's receiving guidelines may cause significant delays and lead to inaccuracies, which can negatively impact your ability to run your business.

Shipments that do not meet the receiving criteria may be placed on hold due to non-compliance. If a shipment is placed on hold, all relevant parties will be contacted and Non-Compliance fees may be assessed before releasing the hold.
