Pietra is a full service 3PL providing fulfillment services to our Brands. In the Supplier Portal there is a document linked on the homepage that outlines the guidelines suppliers are expected to follow when shipping goods to our warehouse.

A/ Creating Shipments in the Partner Portal

As a Supplier shipping Creators’ products to be stored at Pietra’s US Fulfillment Center, please create shipments after an order is paid and ready for shipment. Suppliers can do this in the Partner Portal in your Orders & Shipments section. There are two ways in which Suppliers can create shipments.

  1. Pietra Provided Shipping (available for US suppliers sending carton packages domestically)

  2. Supplier Self-Provided Shipping (for US or International suppliers sending pallets or cartons)

B/ Non-Compliant Shipments:

Failure to follow the receiving guidelines may cause significant. To ensure everyone is set up for success, shipments that do not meet the receiving criteria may be subject to being placed on hold. You will then be contacted, and additional fees may be assessed.
