As a Pietra member, you get access to Pietra's private, members-only, 3PL.

If you are using one of your own suppliers (not found on Pietra's Network) you can ship items to Pietra's Fulfillment Center yourself.

On the fulfillment home tab, you can hit the "Ship Items To Pietra" button. This will allow you to submit a shipment for approval by Pietra.

For safety reasons, all shipments must be approved BEFORE you ship items to the fulfillment center. Shipments are approved within 24 hours and you'll get an email with instructions about how to ship your products to the correct fulfillment center.

It is very important you do not ship items to Pietra's fulfillment center without an approved shipment.

If you need to transfer your products from an existing 3PL, you can book Freight (bigger shipments) using the "Book Freight Shipment" button. This will connect you to a freight provider who Pietra has negotiated preferred rates with. The best way to ensure a smooth shipment to Pietra's 3PL is to use the options available within Pietra.

If you are self-shipping your customer orders, you can print your own discounted shipping labels on Pietra using the "Create Shipping Label" button under the Order Fulfillment Tab.

If you are working with a supplier who you find on Pietra, you don't have to worry about a thing. Once you pay for your order, all your shipments will be automatically cleared to ship to Pietra's 3PL (pre-approved) and suppliers have been trained on how to ship to Pietra's 3PL. The easiest, fastest, and cheapest way to ship items to Pietra's 3PL is to use an on-platform supplier for your products or packaging.
