Producing your inventory can take up to several weeks. This is something we recommend discussing with your supplier early on in your process, so you can manage your timeline as best as possible. Once your inventory arrives in the Pietra warehouse, you will be contacted for an assembly call.

You may have several orders that make up your final product. To figure out which items have arrived, you can check the “Fulfillment Services” page in the Creator Hub. There will be a clear indication as to whether the inventory has been received by Pietra, as well as a photo of the finished product.

Once all of your items have arrived, you’ll chat with a Pietra Fulfillment Specialist. This will give you the opportunity to set up a video call where you will instruct Pietra how to build your final product, and you can watch to see your finished product come to life in real time!
