How can I track the progress of my shipment?

All orders Pietra Marketplace orders can be tracked by visiting Sourcing >> Inbox & Suppliers >> Orders on your Creator Hub. Tracking information for shipments that are first sent to a Pietra warehouse and then forwarded to the final destination will be updated automatically once the order is received and forwarded from the Pietra Warehouse.

The path your shipment follows may vary, depending on whether you have purchased from a domestic or international supplier. Below is summary of how orders typically arrive:

Domestic

  • Sample orders are shipped directly to Creators

  • Inventory orders are shipped directly to creator or Pietra's domestic fulfillment center (depending on whichever destination selected at check out)

International (Non-China)

  • Sample orders are shipped directly to Creators

  • Inventory orders are shipped directly to the creator or Pietra's domestic fulfillment centers (depending on whichever destination selected at check out)

China

  • Sample orders are shipped to Creators via our China fulfillment services. They are then forwarded to Creators

  • Inventory orders are shipped directly to the creator or Pietra's domestic fulfillment centers (depending on whichever destination selected at check out)

Please be aware that orders shipped from international suppliers can take time to several weeks to be produced, shipped, and delivered. This tracking information may also be in another language, until it is received and forwarded by our warehouse team. Please refer to your Creator Hub for the most up-to-date tracking information and shipping statuses for your order.
