While we work very hard to properly vet these partners, Pietra serves as a liaison to provide its creators with the ability to communicate with and work with these suppliers. Pietra will always assist in addressing any issues creators have with their suppliers, but is not responsible for the terms, conditions, and procedures by which these manufacturers operate.
