Many of our supplier's factories are even visited by Pietra team members (we have an office located in China!). As a part of the vetting process, we examine reviews from other customers prior to onboarding and verify that their company is in good standing. Our compliance team monitors their actions on Pietra to ensure adherence to our customer service guidelines and production standards.

The specific "Pietra Verified" badge is given to suppliers after they have executed production runs with other Pietra customers and showcased an exceptional track record with producing quality products.
