What happens if I have an issue with a customer order? How do I submit a warehouse ticket in my Pietra Creator hub?

Pietra's fulfillment team strives to minimize order fulfillment-related errors as much as possible. However, when a order-related issue occurs, it is essential for the Creator to file a warehouse ticket, so the issue can be logged and corrected as quickly as possible.

To submit a warehouse ticket:

  • Log in to Pietra and open your Creator Hub

  • Navigate to the Order Fulfillment Menu >> click on Orders & Fulfillment

  • Find the order where the issue occurred. You may search for a specific order by clicking the 'Show Advanced Features' button

  • Navigate to the right side of the page, to the Submit Warehouse Ticket column

  • Click the icon, which will pull up the warehouse ticket form

  • Complete and submit the warehouse ticket form

  • Pietra's fulfillment team will then receive the ticket and work with you to resolve within 1-2 business days
