Pietra's fulfillment team strives to minimize order fulfillment-related errors as much as possible. However, when a order-related issue occurs, it is essential for the Creator to file a warehouse ticket, so the issue can be logged and corrected as quickly as possible.
To submit a warehouse ticket:
Log in to Pietra and open your Creator Hub
Navigate to the Order Fulfillment Menu >> click on Orders & Fulfillment
Find the order where the issue occurred. You may search for a specific order by clicking the 'Show Advanced Features' button
Navigate to the right side of the page, to the Submit Warehouse Ticket column
Click the icon, which will pull up the warehouse ticket form
Complete and submit the warehouse ticket form
Pietra's fulfillment team will then receive the ticket and work with you to resolve within 1-2 business days
