Access Levels for Pietra Business Users

Pietra offers three user access levels to help your team collaborate effectively. Each level is designed to match different responsibilities, from full platform control to focused order support.

Multiple usernames are available for Pietra Business and Plus subscribers only. Essentials Plans do not allow for multiple users.

User Roles

Owner

  • Full platform access.

  • Can add and remove other users.

  • Best for: the main account holder or business owner.

Admin (Full Platform Access)

  • Full platform access.

  • Cannot add or remove users.

  • Identical to the Owner role except for user management.

  • Best for: team leads and managers who need full access without account ownership responsibilities.

CX (Fulfillment Access Only)

  • Access limited to:

    • Fulfillment section

    • Copilot (AI Assistance)

  • Cannot place sourcing orders or use Marketing tools.

  • Best for: support agents handling order-related questions and tickets.

In summary: CX agents only see Fulfillment and Copilot, while Owners and Admins see the entire platform.

Can multiple Owners exist on the same account?
No. Each Pietra Business account has a single Owner. Additional teammates can be added as Admins or CX users.

Can a CX agent upgrade their access level?
A: Yes. An Owner can adjust any teammate’s role from the Team Settings page.

Who should I assign the CX role to?
A: This role is ideal for customer support teammates who only need access to orders and fulfillment workflows.
