When working with a supplier, you can view your order status by clicking on Inbox & suppliers and navigating to the "Orders" tab. This will show you all the orders and their status and you can chat with your supplier to ask detailed questions about the order.

If you are looking for the status of a fulfillment order, you can click on "Order Fulfillment" and see the statuses of your customer's orders there.
