How do I generate orders to be fulfilled by Pietra's warehouse?

  • To create an order via your Pietra account, you can do so by going to Order Fulfillment > Fulfillment Home > Create An Order

  • If your Shopify store is connected to your Pietra account, orders will flow through automatically from Shopify to Pietra to Fulfillment.

What do the order statuses mean in Pietra?

  • All orders in the “Outstanding” orders tab are in queue for fulfillment.

  • If an order is in “Processing”, it means that our team is actively fulfilling the order and no further changes to the order can be made. Your shipping label has been printed and the team is in the process of picking/packing the order.

  • All orders in the "Fulfilled" orders tab have been shipped from our facility. An order will be moved from Processing to Fulfilled at the end of the day once it has been successfully picked and packed. Fulfilled orders will appear as "Finished" under your All Orders tab.

  • You will be notified via email daily if any orders are “On Hold”, meaning that our team is unable to fulfill the associated orders for a specific reason (e.g., items in the order are OOS, there is an issue with the customer address, etc.). You can also place orders “On Hold” directly via your Pietra account if you do not want an order fulfilled for any given reason. It is your responsibility to reset the “On Hold” status for orders that are shown in the “On Hold” section of your account if / when the issues have been resolved and you would like our fulfillment team to resume order fulfillment.
