1. Sourcing Marketplace Purchases
For any purchases made through Pietra’s Sourcing page—including samples and production orders—we charge a:
Flat 3.5% Service & Payment Processing Fee
This includes the total Product Cost as well as any Shipping & Handling charges
2. Print on Demand Purchases
If you purchase Print on Demand items via Pietra, there is an additional processing fee** for each order:
Free & Essentials Plans: 2% processing fee
Business Plans: 1% processing fee
**This is in addition to the 3.5% Service & Payment Processing Fee noted above.
