Viewing Reporting in Your Pietra Portal

Updated over a week ago

Pietra provides built-in reporting to help you track orders, fulfillment charges, and storage fees. This article walks through where to find each report and what information is available.

How to Access Reporting

  1. From your Pietra portal, select your store name in the lower-left corner.

  2. Then navigate to Billing and account info.

  3. Within this section, you’ll find two primary reporting areas:

    • Past orders

    • Sales and services.

The Past orders section shows your complete history of orders placed with Pietra suppliers.

For each order, you can view:

  • Order receipts

  • Subtotal and total amounts

  • Any applicable fees

  • Taxes charged

This section is helpful for tracking supplier purchases and reconciling historical order activity.

The Sales and Services section is available to fulfillment customers and includes reporting on fulfillment and storage charges.

You can adjust the date range to view weekly charges. Each row in the table includes:

  • Payment date

  • Description of the charge

  • Total charge amount

  • A link to the receipt

Viewing Fulfillment Details

Select View details on any charge to see a detailed breakdown of the fulfilled orders and the associated fees. This allows you to understand exactly how each charge was calculated. You can also export this report as a CSV by selecting Export.

Storage Services Reporting

For storage-related charges, selecting View details will show your bin-level storage usage and the corresponding storage fees. This helps you understand how your storage costs are determined over time.

If you need a complete list of all orders fulfilled by Pietra:

  1. Navigate to Orders and fulfillment, select the Fulfilled Tab

  2. Click Export orders. This will download a full CSV of all fulfilled orders for your records.

  3. To export a more specific data set, select Show Advanced Features and apply filters such as date range or customer name before exporting.
