If you are interested in offboarding from Pietra's Fulfillment Center, please write in to creators@pietrastudio.com. We will be very sorry to see you go, and would be happy to connect with you directly so that we can do our best to turn your experience around. If nothing has gone wrong and you are simply taking your business in another direction, that's totally fine as well!

Our support team will provide you with the appropriate next steps and associated timelines for removing your product from our facility upon receipt of your email request.

Once your product has been successfully delivered back to you, please note that you will have two (2) weeks to notify us of any relevant issues with the receiving. Otherwise, Pietra will not be responsible for any issues or damages associated with your inventory.
