What is the process to send Pietra my inventory that I already have on-hand?
Updated over a week ago

We're so excited to hear that you are interested in using Pietra for your order fulfillment!

After you fill out an inventory intake form in the Creator Hub, our team will review the request. Once approved, you will be prompted to select from one of the following three options:

Option 1: Use Pietra's label generator to process your shipment. This will allow you to download shipping labels right from your account and send Pietra your inventory!

Option 2: You may not require Pietra's shipping labels! In this case, you can use your own labels, and we will just require that you provide us with the relevant tracking information.

Option 3: Perhaps you are needing to send us lots of product. In this case, you may require freight as opposed to a standard shipment. We recommend selecting this option if you are sending pallets or more than 20 boxes, and we can help! Pietra has a freight forwarding partner with which we have negotiated the best rates for our Creators. We can connect you to them right from within the platform!

Please note: All non-approved shipments will be refused at the point of delivery and sent back. Please only ship items that you have been approved for.

If you have remaining questions or concerns about this process, always feel free to email creators@pietrastudio.com for further assistance, or upgrade to our Professional Plan for 1:1 phone support.

Once your inventory has been properly received by our warehouse, this is when things get exciting! You will receive an email prompt to schedule a setup call with our team. On this call, you will gain tons of knowledge surrounding the enabling of your shop as well as the assembly & shipment of your goods to your customers. Take a look at our fulfillment rate card here!
