Yes you can.

Members that are using Pietra's Fulfillment Center can manually create orders in the system which will allow the fulfillment team to ship your products to any customer you wish. This can be used for offline sales, but also promotional and one-off items that you would like to ship to someone.

You can do this by hitting the "Create An Order" button in the fulfillment tab and filling out the shipping details for where you want the item(s) to be shipped.
