How Do I Cancel a Customer Order?

Once a sales order is placed, it is immediately sent to Pietra's logistics team for fulfillment. To cancel an order, it's essential to act quickly, as orders move through the fulfillment process fast.

Orders You Can Cancel

  • Outstanding or On Hold: These orders can still be canceled.

  • Processing or Fulfilled: These orders cannot be canceled, as they are already in the fulfillment queue.

Steps to Cancel an Outstanding or On Hold Order:

  1. Go to your Orders & Fulfillment page.

  2. Locate the order you want to cancel. (Tip: Use the order number and click Show Advanced Features to refine your search.)

  3. Under the Actions column, hover over View.

  4. Select Cancel order.

Important Notes:

  • If you contact Pietra directly for help canceling an order, we will try our best to intercept it, but we cannot guarantee it will be stopped in time.

  • Sourcing orders are nonrefundable. If changes are needed, please reach out directly to your supplier to see if they can accommodate your request.
