How do I upload manual orders on Pietra?

Any orders that have are taken on a platform that is not connected to Pietra need to be manually export orders from your website and uploaded for fulfillment. This includes any orders that may have been taken in Shopify, Wix, or WooCommerce prior to integrating your e-Commerce shop with Pietra.

The easiest way to get these orders fulfilled is by using our Bulk Order Template.

This guide describes the steps required to upload orders using Pietra's Import Bulk Orders tool.

Please note that prior to uploading your orders to Pietra, you may need to export your orders from Shopify or any other platforms you may be using. This will vary slightly by platform (Shopify exporting instructions can be found here).

Step 1. Navigate to Orders & Fulfillment and click Create An Order

Step 2. Download a copy of the Bulk Orders Template and add your orders to the sheet. When filling out the sheet, pay special attention to the following:

  • The Lineitem Discount and Lineitem Taxes columns are optional. All of the other fields are required.

  • If an individual order includes multiple SKUs, each SKU should be added on its own line.

    • For example, in the template, Order #T5001 includes 1 unit of the Shirt - Large (Lineitem SKU 1234_5678) and 1 unit of the Shirt - Medium (Lineitem SKU 1234_9101)

    • To submit Order #T5001 correctly, there should be a separate line entry for each SKU in the order in the sheet.

  • The Pietra-generated Lineitem SKU and Product ID for each item must be included in the order file. You can find this data via your Pietra account by going to Order Fulfillment > Item Storage > Products Available for Sale.

Step 3. In the Create an Order window, select Import Bulk Orders. Next, upload the order file you created.

Step 4. Click Submit Order File. This will submit your order to the Pietra team for final review. If there are any issues with your order upload, our team will contact you within 1 business day to help troubleshoot.

Step 5. You're all set! Your uploaded orders will display under Outstanding orders in your Creator Hub and will enter the queue to be Processed and Fulfilled by our team.
