Can I process returns from my customers with Pietra?

Yes. If you are selling on Shopify and fulfilling customer orders with Pietra, you can also benefit from our returns tool. Setting up returns and configuring your returns settings is simple and can be done via your Creator Hub.

  • Automating your returns can help you save on shipping costs and decrease refunds.

  • Your returns settings allow you to choose your default return window, how you'd like to pay the cost of return shipping, as well as the refund payment method.

  • This feature allows you and/or your customers to easily submit return requests, receive pre-paid return shipping labels, and ultimately be refunded for successful returns.

  • Pietra's refunds tool is currently available for domestic returns only. For international returns, please submit a warehouse ticket**

  • Please note, Creators are responsible for providing any refunds to their customers for any returns that are not processed via Pietra's returns tool.

Please note: Pietra generally discourages international returns due to the costs of return shipping plus additional duties and tariffs that may be incurred. That said, international returns are handled on a case-by-case basis if the return is necessary.

Update: Pietra is now partnering with return software providers such as Redo, giving creators even more flexibility and options for automating and managing returns. Redo integrations allow brands to generate return labels through multiple carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) and provide an enhanced customer experience for returns and exchanges.
