Pietra Fulfillment works with several carrier partners to deliver packages safely and in a timely manner to your customers. When your order is marked as ‘Delivered’ by our courier, that means our part in its journey to you is complete.

We always recommend you double-check your delivery details when placing an order with Pietra to ensure everything is correct. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it's in your hands.

If your order doesn’t show up as expected, reaching out to the courier directly is the best first step—they have the tools to help track it down. We understand how important each delivery is and we’re here to support you in any way we can, even if our role in the delivery process has ended.

An additional note to all of our Pietra Fulfillment Brand and Creator partners: we recommend including this or similar language on your sites and e-Commerce stores to help inform your customers about packages in transit.
