General Questions | How do I get my account approved and activated as a Supplier?

After completing the bulleted list below, please submit your profile by review and sign up for an onboarding call. During this call a Pietra rep will conduct a training session on how to use the Supplier Portal and answer any questions you have about the platform. The Pietra rep will also review your account to make sure it is complete and does not need any revisions. If your profile is deemed complete, your account can be approved on the call. If your account requires revisions, you will be given feedback on what changes need to be made.

  • Set up Profile

  • Set up Products/Services (include at least 10 products or 5 services)

  • Set up Deposit Info

  • Review training docs on Supplier Portal homepage (Training Module, Invoicing & Fulfillment, Receiving Guidelines)

  • Watch training videos
