Your packaging guidelines help ensure your orders are packed and shipped exactly the way you want!
It’s easy to create or update these guidelines using Fulfillment Rules. These rules allow you to specify packing instructions for all orders, certain SKUs, wholesale orders, and more.
Here’s how to set them up:
Go to Fulfillment >> Fulfillment Home
Click on the Fulfillment Rules tile
Choose the type of Fulfillment Rule you’d like to add or update
Select the specific rule type
Fill in the rule parameters, attachments, and instructions as needed
Pietra will review, approve, and enable your rule after it is submitted. Pietra will contact you if we require any clarification before setting the rule live.
