How to Set Up the Email Capture Tool
Step 1: Enable Website Tracking for Email Collection
Go to the Creator Hub Homepage and select “Build Your Email List.”
This will take you to the Email List Builder Setup page.
Click Setup to begin tracking website visitors.
📌 You have two setup options:
Option 1: Self-Install Using Google Tag Manager (Faster Option)
Select "Do It Yourself" and follow the step-by-step guide.
Generate a custom tracking script by entering your website URL.
Install the script using Google Tag Manager to start capturing email addresses.
Submit for Pietra approval to begin collecting emails.

Option 2: Have Pietra Install It for You
Select “Pietra Installs It for You.”
Submit your website URL for tracking setup.
Schedule a 15-minute call with a Pietra representative to complete the installation. During the call, the operator will:
Assist with syncing your Pietra Email Capture tool to Klaviyo.
Provide a demo of how the tool works.

Step 2: (Optional) Connect Your Klaviyo Account
For automated email marketing, you can integrate the Email List Builder with Klaviyo to:
Automatically send captured emails to your Klaviyo account
Create email sequences (welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders, etc.)
Manage & track email performance directly within Klaviyo
How to Connect Klaviyo to Pietra’s Email List Builder
1️⃣ Select "Connect Klaviyo" in the Email List Builder setup.
2️⃣ Authorize Pietra to sync collected emails directly to your Klaviyo account.
3️⃣ Once connected, emails will flow into your Klaviyo lists automatically.
📌 Don’t have Klaviyo? You can still export all collected emails manually from the Pietra portal at any time.
