Offboarding Process Overview
If you are offboarding from the Pietra Warehouse, there are a few key steps that need to be completed to ensure a smooth transition. Below, we outline the process and what we need from you to finalize your offboarding.

Step 1: Inventory Removal & Shipping
Our warehousing team will count, pack, and ship any remaining inventory in our facility. Pietra will schedule and coordinate freight for this shipment, and the return shipping costs will be charged to the card on file.
Action Required:
Confirm the forwarding address for your inventory.
Confirm your credit card on file can be charged for return shipping costs.
Step 2: Disconnecting Sales Channels
To prevent new orders from flowing into our system while your inventory is being removed, we will review your account and disconnect any relevant sales channels.
Action Required:
Uninstall the Pietra Shopify app from your store.
Update the "inventory will be stocked at" field for any products previously managed by Pietra to a new location of your choice.
Confirm once these updates have been made.
Step 3: Storage Subscription Cancellation
Once your inventory has been shipped from our facility, we will process the cancellation of your Pietra warehouse storage subscription.
