If you're looking to understand how many units of each product are currently stored at Pietra or wondering how your storage charges are calculated here's how to get the information you need:
View your current inventory counts
You can check the current inventory levels for each product by going to your Products tab in the Creator Hub. This page shows how many units are currently in stock at Pietra’s warehouse, per SKU. Pietra will allocate each SKU variant to bins or pallets based on the amount you store with us. Understand your monthly storage charges
To view your monthly storage charges, go to the Sales & Services section and look for the monthly invoice titled “Storage in Pietra's Fulfillment Center.” This invoice includes:
A summary of the number of small, medium, and large bins assigned to your account
Any pallet storage currently allocated
The corresponding monthly charges
Pietra's Inventory Control Team manually reviews your storage allocations each month. During this process, we:
Confirm active SKUs still assigned to bins or pallets
Remove any empty bins that no longer contain inventory
Adjust storage charges as needed based on updated inventory and storage usage
Requesting a breakdown of your current storage or an audit
If you'd like to request a full audit, partial count, or cursory review of your items, please contact support@pietrastudio.com or reach out to your account manager with your request. Our team will determine the scope of the project and whether charges will apply.
Additional notes on inventory count charges
A full warehouse audit involves a physical count and confirmation of your inventory by our team. After the audit is completed, we will update inventory counts accordingly.
After your audit or request to review your items is submitted, our team will provide an cost estimate and estimated timeline for completion.
Audits are scheduled and completed by Pietra Fulfillment based on team capacity and the existing project queue.
Cost estimates based expected labor hours, charged at our standard $45 per hour special project rate.
