Creators will be billed weekly for orders fulfilled during the previous week. This invoice will be inclusive of shipping reimbursement on fulfilled orders, fulfillment fees and any relevant sales fees.

All assembly, kitting, auditing etc. fees will be on an as needed basis. Pricing for your assembly and kitting needs will be disseminated during setup calls, and are one-time fees.

During your assembly call with our logistics team, Pietra will determine how you will be charged for storage in our fulfillment center, based on the amount of space your inventory takes up in the warehouse. This will then be sets up as a monthly recurring storage invoice.

Pietra will reevaluate your storage space on a monthly basis, depending on any changes in your inventory levels.
