Requesting Priority Fulfillment for Individual Orders - Pietra Fulfillment Policy

Pietra’s Fulfillment Center processes all orders in the order they are received. To keep operations fair and efficient for all brands, we typically do not prioritize individual orders based on email request or via warehouse ticket request.

We recognize, however, that certain situations may require an urgent shipment. To support these cases, Pietra offers Priority Fulfillment for a small fee.

What Is Priority Fulfillment?

  • Priority Fulfillment allows a brand to request that a specific order “skip the line” and be processed ahead of standard queues.

  • This service is available for $10 per order, available for retail orders only.

  • Priority Fulfillment is offered on a best-effort basis, depending on warehouse capacity and same-day workload.

Eligibility & Timing

Priority requests follow these cutoffs:

  • Submitted before 12:00 PM ET → The order will be fulfilled the same business day (before end of day).

  • Submitted after 12:00 PM ET → The order will be fulfilled within 1 business day.

Important Notes

  • This service is generally not available for wholesale orders. Wholesale prioritization requests may be submitted, but they are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require a different rate or timeline.

  • Priority Fulfillment is intended for isolated, urgent needs. It is not designed as a recurring or ongoing workflow.

  • Pietra cannot guarantee priority fulfillment during high-volume periods, during weather emergencies, or when warehouse pick-and-pack capacity is limited.

How to Request Priority Fulfillment

To submit a priority request, contact Pietra Support with:

  • Your order number

  • Confirmation that you wish to use Priority Fulfillment for a $10 per order fee

  • Any relevant delivery timing notes

Our team will confirm availability and apply the priority flag to your order.
