What are Pietra’s shipping guidelines? Why do these need to be followed?

Pietra, like all 3PLs, has shipping guidelines (called "Receiving Guidelines"), which help our team ensure proper receiving of your items. Please review our full receiving guidelines here.

  • If you are shipping inventory yourself, or you are working with a third party shipper, you'll need to complete an inventory intake form in order for us to receive your items. Skipping this step will delay receiving and may result in additional fees!

  • If you are working with a supplier already in Pietra's network, your supplier will complete the inventory intake for you. This process is more seamless.

Shipments that do not follow our Pietra's guidelines are prone to delays, lost inventory, and other issues that ultimately impact your customers' orders -- as well as additional processing fees.

If you are working with an off platform supplier, work with Pietra to get them added to our supplier network! To do this, please request this in your Creator Hub, and our Supplier Management team will work with your supplier to get them all set up (there are no costs to you or the supplier for doing this). This will make the entire receiving process more seamless for you in the future.
