Pietra is a full service 3PL providing fulfillment services to our Brands. In the Supplier Portal there is a document linked on the homepage that outlines the guidelines suppliers are expected to follow when shipping goods to our warehouse.

Failure to follow the receiving guidelines may cause significant delays and lead to inaccuracies both of which negatively impact your ability to run your business. To ensure everyone is set up for success, shipments that do not meet the receiving criteria may be subject to being placed on hold. You will then be contacted, and additional fees may be assessed.
