Understanding the types of orders in your Pietra account
There are a few different types of orders you might see in your Pietra Creator Hub. Tracking information depends on which type of order it is.
1. Sourcing Orders
These are orders you’ve placed through a Pietra sourcing agent or directly through the Sourcing Marketplace.
Where to find tracking: Visit your Orders & Shipments page and identify your order. If tracking is available, it will be shown under the Tracking column
If tracking isn’t available: Please contact your supplier directly for an update. Pietra does not manage or provide tracking for these shipments.
How to identify: Supplier order numbers are usually 6 digits and start with “#1...”
2. Fulfillment Orders
These are orders fulfilled by Pietra. These include orders placed by your customers via your connected e-commerce store (Shopify, Wix, or WooCommerce), orders manually submitted through the Pietra portal, print-on-demand orders, or Pietra Merch Storefront purchases.
To find tracking: Go to your Orders page, expand the order, and you’ll see the tracking link displayed.
For Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce orders:
Pietra automatically provides tracking information, and your customer receives tracking updates from your store’s platform.For manually submitted orders:
Tracking information appears directly in the Pietra platform, but no tracking notifications are sent automatically. These order numbers typically start with “R” or “W.”For Print on Demand or Marketplace orders:
Pietra sends an email notification directly to the recipient once the order ships.
For tracking status updates or reshipments please submit a warehouse ticket via your Creator Hub.

If you’ve checked the steps above and still can’t locate tracking information, please contact Pietra Support with:
Your order number
The type of order (Supplier or Fulfillment)
Any relevant shipment details
We’ll review and help ensure you get the most accurate delivery information.
