As part of your membership, you get access to the best prices, and all standard packaging (brown, kraft cardboard boxes and white poly mailers) are included as part of your subscription. Pietra is the only fulfillment center that caters to small businesses and does not mandate minimum shipment orders.

After you have shipped items to Pietra's 3PL, you can click this "Connect your Shopify website" button on the order fulfillment tab. After you do that, a Pietra Specialist will email you and walk you through the setup STEP BY STEP. You don't have to worry about a thing. A Pietra specialist will connect your website, show you how to set up your shipping, and make sure everything is taken care of. This is one of the most powerful parts of Pietra.

Right now, Pietra integrates directly with Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce. If you have a website on another platform like BigCommerce, Wordpress, or Squarespace, you can certainly still use Pietra for fulfillment. You'll simply manually export orders from that platform and upload them into your Pietra Creator Hub.
