The best way to keep up with the progress of your customer orders is via the Orders & Fulfillment tab in the Creator Hub.

To see and track your customer orders, head to the Order Fulfillment section of the Creator Hub and select “Orders & Fulfillment”. This is where you'll see all outstanding, fulfilled, and canceled orders. For fulfilled orders, you may access the tracking information by expanding the order details.

Your customer will also receive an email notification once their order has been fulfilled by our team (as long as their email address is included in the order details), so they can keep track of their shipment progress, too.

For any questions about the status of your shipment, please file a Warehouse Ticket via the Creator Hub. Please be aware that in nearly all cases, our team has access to the same tracking information as what's provided on the Creator Hub. This said, we are always happy to help!
