You should use the chat to collect all the details for the project or sample you are about to create. Once a price has been agreed upon, use the "Request Payment" button at the top of the chat to charge the Creator. You may add as many line items to this invoice as needed.

Please make sure to break out each line item into variants if applicable and assign quantities to each variant.

You will be provided with an option to charge Creators for the cost of shipping or use Pietra's downloadable labels (USA to USA addresses only). You can download up to 9 domestic labels from Pietra's platform. International suppliers must add a shipping charge to the invoice and organize delivery to the Creator using their preferred carrier.
